The tenant has failed to provide me with a copy of their tenant insurance renewal policy. This is also in the lease agreement and is required by my insurance policy. The tenant had provided it originally when moving in, but refuses now, saying it is not in the lease agreement, even though it clearly is.

Regarding insurance, you may serve the tenant with the N5 form due to the tenant interfering with your lawful right to obtain insurance as a result of the tenant not complying with your rental agreement.
