My name is John Woodburn. I’m with the Insurance Bureau of Canada which is trade association of the general insurance companies.  We are involved in a number of issues but one that is very important is education, we try to educate consumers about their rights when it comes to insurance and the realities of insurance.

And one quick tip that certainly I will give is that landlords should do everything they possibly can, including having it in their lease, that their tenants will carry tenant package insurance. It protects their property and also protects the interest of the landlord.
