Q: What do I need to do in order to file an application using the Landlord and Tenant Board Portal?

To file an application, you will have to login to the Portal and create a My Ontario Login. To create this, an email address is required. This email address will be used to: sign in, recover your password, and receive notifications about your My Ontario Login. You can find upto-date information about your file/application by logging into the Portal.
