Terms of Reference: The HR-Nominating Committee shall be comprised of Board members and/or volunteers from the Clinic membership, and the Executive Director (ex officio). The HR-Nominating Committee shall address personnel-related issues, including, but not limited to performance issues, personnel review policies and procedures, and job descriptions, Board recruitment, Board evaluation and succession planning.
