ENDING A TENANCY: Landlord’s Own Use /Purchaser’s Use

Landlords have the right to end a rental agreement if the rental unit is required by the landlord for his/her own use, the use of an immediate member of the landlord’s family, or for a caregiver, subject to provisions of the law.  Purchasers have similar rights when permit them to end a rental agreement if the premises is required for their own use which may be possible to achieve to coincide with the closing of the Agreement of Purchase and Sale.
