I plan to rent my condo, do you know where I can find forms or sample leases? Any advice or tips?

Ontario landlords entering into a written residential tenancy agreement on or after April 30, 2018 are required to use the new Standard Form of Lease as it is mandatory for all written tenancy agreements in Ontario.  The form can be obtained in the following link https://forms.mgcs.gov.on.ca/en/dataset/047-2229
