The tenants has not paid for 6 months and I have started the eviction process so they will be evicted. Can I turn off the hydro now?

A landlord is required to provide and maintain all vital services. A landlord cannot disconnect any vital service until possession of the rental unit is returned to the landlord by the Sheriff.  The tenant can file a claim against the landlord and get the landlord fined.
