The Landlord and Tenant Board has introduced a new method of filing applications through the Tribunals Ontario Portal. Landlords and Tenants can now submit L1,L2, L3,L4,L9, L10, T1 T2, T5, and T6 applications using the Portal. Currently these applications are the main applications that can be filed on the Portal, either on its own or combined.
