Landlord’s Self-Help Centre (LSHC) is a non-profit community legal clinic established in 1975 to support Ontario’s small landlord community by providing client service such as general information, referral and summary legal advice respecting the regulatory environment that governs landlord and tenant relationships. LSHC is also responsible for a broad range of public legal education initiatives and materials, and represents the interest and concerns of the small landlord community in various law reform initiatives aimed at improving the operating environment.

LSHC organizes and presents the Landlord Learning and Networking Forum annually which typically brings together 150 – 200 small landlords for an evening of learning and networking. The Forum provides a learning platform to address issues commonly faced by the community, the best practices for navigation of such situations, an opportunity to network with peers and learn about programs and services that are available to support small landlords. The Forum also serves as the venue for LSHC’s Annual General Meeting.

This year LSHC is pleased to offer an opportunity for vendors and service providers to sponsor the 2019 Landlord Learning and Networking Forum.
