Terms of Reference: The Executive Committee shall consist of the President, Vice-President, Secretary and Treasurer, who shall become members upon their election. The Executive Committee has all the powers of the Board of Directors during the intervals between the Meetings of the Board, subject to ratification at the next Board meeting.
