Landlord Learning and Networking Forum

The Landlord Learning and Networking Forum, an annual event organized by Landlord’s Self-Help Centre, provides a learning platform for the small landlord community.

The Landlord Forum introduces service providers which support the small landlord community; offers educational presentations to keep landlords current on the changing regulatory environment which governs them and their tenancies; and provides an opportunity for networking with peers to share experiences.

The focus of the 2017 Landlord Learning and Networking Forum will be the recent changes to the Residential Tenancies Act pursuant to Bill 124 affecting all Ontario landlords, highlighting the change for small landlords in particular.
